The purpose of HomeExchange Service is to guarantee a successful exchange; you just have to finalize your exchange, pack your bags and leave the rest to us! You can rest assured that regardless as a host or as a guest, you can be certain that HomeExchange will be at your disposal in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
An international team will be at your disposal at all times to accompany you before, during and after your exchange: our assistance will be available 7/7 and 24/24.
In the event of an incident, HomeExchange will take over the mediation between the host and the guest, to find a customised solution and reward you if necessary.
As a guest you will have the certainty of being relocated or rewarded in case of cancellation or if the accommodation does not conform to your description.
As a host, you will find your home in the state in which you left it.
With the HomeExchange Service, you will have the HomeExchange assistance 24/7 in case of emergency.
As a guest,
- You can get a compensation of up to €700/week if we fail to find you a suitable substitute exchange in the event that your host cancels on you.
- In cases of non-conformity of your host's home, HomeExchange will propose an alternative solution.
- HomeExchange will be responsible for damages of up to €1 000 000, beyond the deductible €100 from your deposit.
As a host,
- A deposit of €500 which can be used to pay for minor damages by your guest
- HomeExchange will be responsible for damages of up to €1 000 000
- HomeExchange will cover you in cases of theft
Please take note that without HomeExchange Service, you will not be able to benefit from these guarantees and HomeExchange might not be able to help you in case of a problem during your exchange.
