If your guest cancels the exchange to your home, you will have the choice keep or return his GuestPoints.
If you would like to only return a portion of the GuestPoints, you can send us an email at email@example.com, indicating precisely which exchange is of concern. We can then proceed to manually transfer the relevant number of GuestPoints from your account to your guest's account.
Depending on the reason of the cancellation, if it is justified (eg health issue), we can allow you to keep the GuestPoints and also add the relevant number of GuestPoints to your guest's home. In this case it is up to them to contact us explaining the reason for cancellation.
In any case, after the cancellation, you will be able to leave a review (you can choose one out of three options) which will appear on the profile of your guest.
