The comments are truthful feedback from members that usually express a positive experience. However, it’s possible you may strongly disagree with a comment left for you by another member, following an exchange. HomeExchange has a protocol in place for this to help you find a solution.
Before filing your dispute with us, we kindly ask that you first consider contacting your exchange partner to discuss the situation with them directly and try to find a mutual agreement. Many situations can be solved amicably.
