No, the deposit is not directly debited from your account. We are only given a debit authorization when you finalize your exchange with HomeExchange Service.
By giving us your bank details, you accept to be debited the total or a part of the amount of the deposit in case of damages.
After you make the payment for HomeExchange Service after finalisation, you will receive a payment confirmation by email.
It is not a subscription. This corresponds to the authorization to deduct the total amount of the deposit. The debit of this amount (500€) will be cancelled if everything went well during your exchange.
