Once the exchange is over, the host member has ten (10) days from exchange end to let HomeExchange know if there are any damages.
If there are no problems with the exchange, host member can click on the "return deposit" button and the deposit will be automatically released in 10 days after the exchange end. If the host member fails to click on the "return the deposit" button, the deposit will be automatically released in 10 days.
HomeExchange will never debit the deposit if all goes well with the exchange. We will be sure to contact you and will only debit from your account with your permission in cases of damages.
