Yes, an active membership is mandatory to finalize and go on exchanges. It also enables you to receive our Loyalty Badge (coming soon!) and to benefit from all the website’s features and benefits, in order to be able to find exchanges more easily.
Being a member also enables you to benefit from our member support and guarantees, that protect both your home and your exchanges.
How to subscribe to the membership?
You can either take the membership whenever you want by going to "My Account" > "My Membership" or you can also take the membership when you finalize your first exchange.
